Damages & Issues

In the event your jewelry is delivered damaged, or an apparel item does not fit, or you have received the wrong package, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right. 

If in the event something happens to your jewelry, e.g. a stone breaks, or becomes loose, your gemstone chip earrings or necklace break, try to save what material you can, and please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and develop a personalized repair, replacement, or new design option for you to choose from. Customers will be responsible for shipping.
